Q. Do I have to pay a subscription fee for your service?
A. No. There is no monthly fee for our service; you only pay for the individual leads.

Q. Are there a minimum number of leads I have to purchase each month?
A. No. There is no minimum required to purchase each month. Purchase as many, or as few as you like.

Q. What are "Premium" leads?
A. By default, leads can be resold to as many buyers as are interested. Premium leads give you the upper hand by guaranteeing you the sole opportunity to contact the individual without a competitor contacting them as well.

Q. Do you have any type of free trial?
A. Yes. Every new account will be credited with a complimentary 2 free leads to get you started.

Q. Are your leads really as qualified as you claim?
A. Yes! All leads are actual people who volunteered their information and actively showed an interest in the service you offer.

Q. What payment options do you accept?
A. We currently accept all forms of payment through PayPal.

Q. When will I be billed?
A. We offer two different payment types, post pay and prepay. It is up to you if you want to pay a set amount and use that credit till it runs out or pay as you go.

Q. How long it my account active for?
A. For as long as you use it!

Q. If I am unable to purchase leads, will my account be deleted?
A. No! You only have to sign up once as long as you keep your account active every 6 months.

A. No. Being an international business, e-mail is the most efficient and cost-effective way to respond to our customers needs.
